Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders within India – Free shipping is provided on orders above INR 500.00.
International Orders – See the checkout page ‘Shipping Charges’ section for information and any country-specific charges.
** For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping charge is applied and will be displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs vary by destination and weight.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 working days after receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by destination and courier — typical domestic (within India) delivery is 3–7 business days and international delivery depends on the destination country and shipping option chosen at checkout.
Carriers & Tracking
We use reputable courier partners for domestic and international deliveries. Tracking information will be shared by email once the order is dispatched. If tracking is unavailable, contact Customer Support for an update.
International Shipments & Duties
For international deliveries, import duties, customs charges, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are beyond our control.
Taxes
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Customers can view their order history and current order status at any time under the “My Account” section on our website. For any tracking issues, contact Customer Support with your order number.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges), unless an item page shows a different return window. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email services@wow-ppl.com or use the Contact Us form with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, include all accessories, and ship using a trackable courier. Keep the tracking number until the return is confirmed.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. For valid claims, WOW Publishings (P) Ltd will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return shipping. If reported after 7 days, contact Customer Support — we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except when the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). For defective/incorrect items reported within 7 days, WOW Publishings (P) Ltd will cover return shipping.
International Returns & Duties
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs charges on the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us. Customs refunds, if any, depend on local customs policy and are not guaranteed.
Exceptions
Certain items do not qualify for returns (e.g., downloadable digital content, opened hygiene-sensitive products, or items marked non-returnable on the product page). Such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank or card issuer processing times may add additional days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be by bank transfer or store credit upon request.
